NDIS

The NDIS funds support services for people with disability, helping them achieve greater independence, build skills, and take part in their community.

Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)

DVA funding supports eligible veterans and their families by covering healthcare and support services that promote wellbeing, independence, and dignity at home or in the community.

Home Care Packages (HCPs)

Funded by the Australian Government, Home Care Packages support older Australians to remain living at home with services tailored to their care needs and lifestyle preferences.

Personal & Daily Living Support

Our team provides respectful, one-on-one assistance with essential daily tasks to help you feel confident and cared for at home. This includes help with showering, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence support. Whether it’s starting your day or winding down, we’re here to support your routine with empathy and professionalism.

Mobility & Mealtime Assistance

We help individuals safely move around their home or community, whether by walking, using mobility aids, or transferring between beds and chairs. Our support also extends to preparing healthy meals, feeding assistance when needed, and ensuring nutritional needs are met — all while promoting independence and dignity.

Medication & 24/7 Care

Health and safety are our top priorities. We offer medication support ranging from reminders to full assistance with administration by qualified staff. For participants needing extra care, we provide overnight supervision or active support throughout the night to ensure comfort, peace of mind, and immediate assistance when required.

Community Access & Social Support

Getting out and staying connected is a vital part of life. We offer flexible one-on-one or group support to help you attend appointments, join community events, visit local attractions, or simply enjoy a coffee with friends. With wheelchair-accessible transport and support workers who genuinely care, we make every outing stress-free and enjoyable.

Meal Preparation & Domestic Assistance

We support daily living by helping with meal preparation, light cleaning, laundry, and other household tasks. Our goal is to ensure your home stays safe, comfortable, and well-maintained, while also making mealtimes easier and more enjoyable.

Our in-home respite service gives primary carers time to rest and recharge while their loved one remains safe and supported in the comfort of their own home. It’s personalised care designed to maintain routine, comfort, and peace of mind for everyone involved.
